Hi, I did not fix a problem with network manager, but I got fedora's back online and waiting for updates.

Workaround in erminal network manager :

Thouse command will connected any phone with android. Pohone need to be conneted to wifi and had router usb on

From terminal run:

sudo ifconfig

check name of usb modem/phone connected

sudo ifconfig enp0s29f7u1 up

sudo dhclient enp0s29f7u1

Where enp0s29f7u1 is my android phone.

Happened to me too. I manually downloaded 0.9.10 20140704 version of NetworkManager packages on another computer and installed it using rpm commands in two steps, 1) rpm -e --nodeps (all NetworkManager packages), 2) rpm -i (all 20140704 version packages). Back online after that.
