have spent a day looking for help with adapters i already own. no luck. would rather just have the name of some good (hopefully AC adapaters) that i can buy that will just plug and play. it doesn't have to be AC, but faster the better. i appreciate any help you can give.

it's been a long time since i worked with linux, so i'm pretty rusty.

The heading and the description of the problem doesn't really match. What exactly is the issue? Are you looking for AC-DC power adaptors?

i was looking for some suggestions regarding wifi adapters that are supported by fedora. i have it dual booting on a desktop alongside win8.1 and was trying to get the same to work for my son. my d-link adapter worked out of the box, but his linksys ac1200 did not. nor did an asus ac51. i was referring to the current ac dual band wifi adapters. not power. 3 prong is doing that ok. thanks for responding.
