Deactivate SELinux for ecryptfs encrypted directory

SELinux gives me a really hard time enabling mod_userdir and other services that work on my encrypted home.

Rights for access to the mountpoint /home/andy are set all right, but since it's a looped mount, SELinux complains for the writethrough to encrypted files in the mounted directory /home/andy/.Private.

There's several articles on how to reset the rights properly, but it wont help.

Since files there are encrypted anyway, and any process accessing these can't retrieve any information, I'm thinking of disabling the SELinux on /home/andy/.Private.

Is this problematic in other ways? And how would I do that?
