how do I change time from 24hr to am/pm in fedora 21?

Iam using polish language and see no way to change metric/time system to am/pm.

AFAIK, you cant change it. I've changed this parameter to 12h in dconf-editor but time still in 24h. I'm using russian metrics. Strange thing, that if you select US metrics, you'll get "Time Format" selection in "Date and Time" settings as cgonz31 wrote. Sounds like discrimination, gnome developers take away our ability to choose. :(

Have you tried the Settings software?

In the Activities search box, type "Settings." Double click on the "Settings" icon. Go to "Date and Time." There should be a drop-down menu in the "Time Format" section with "24-hour" and "AM/PM" options.
