When I try to open any of Google's website the browser (Chrome/FireFox) shows me this message and takes me to a page to download flash player pro. It also refuses to open Facebook.
Flash is buggy and it has to release a new versions often. Add adobe flash repository to your repos to receive the updates as soon as possible.
To my knowledge the Chrome has its own version of flash embedded, you have to update chrome. Firefox is checking the latest version of flash online, if the installed is older than the latest, it prints this warning. In my opinion you may override it. Also install any flash blocking add on, this will prevent you from most problems with the flash.
E.g. for youtube, you may try to switch to HTML5 instead of flash. Definitely the futures is "flash free".

I haven't used the adobe flashplayer rpm for a while, I switched to google-chrome (provides pepperflash) and use freshplayer wrap and provide flash for firefox.

I use Fedy to install Adobe Flash Player. Fedy adds Adobe's repo on installation. So now it's easy to update flash through yum.

For firefox you can check whether your plugins are up to date using https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/ (it may help to add a screenshot/link to a screenshot here as well) - what version of Fedora are you using, and have you tried updating the the flash plugin using
sudo yum update(you will need adobe-linux and google repos enabled)
