I want windows to boot first instead of fedora. How do i go about doing this?
I have tried the following and it did not work so I am hoping you guys can help me out:
it says no such location found...
There are many methods available. Few methods involve editing grub file.
But there is a very easy way to customize the GRUB entries is using grub-customizer
You can install it by running the command in terminal: sudo yum install grub-customizer
You can also download it and install using gnome-software application.
Once you install it, you can run from gnome or using the command line. Then easily you can edit the order of booting the OS.
(p.s. changing the font and background image using grub-customizer did not work for me on fedora 21. Nevertheless, you will be able to change the boot order. )
There might be a bug in grub-customizer . Some functions work and some doesn't (in fedora). I was able to change the boot order earlier, but I do not have any other OS in my machine running fedora, so I can't check. I am sorry, but I don't know what is causing the problem now. Maybe something changed. :p
We should ask someone who is technically sound. I am not. I am newbie to computers.
p.s.: grub-customizer is working well for me in Debian based BOSS.

Use grub customizer sudo yum install grub-customizer.x86_64
@shankar689 I used grub customizer as you suggested but after I click save and restart, windows is still the last option? Am I missing something here?
