You can use Nimbus sans instead - https://typekit.com/fonts/nimbus-sans

"Nimbus Sans is a sans-serif typeface created by URW++, based on Helvetica."

Do you have the Font's TTF file? If so, it should be a simple matter of following the answer to this question, which should still apply:

https://ask.fedoraproject.org/en/question/7032/how-do-i-install-fonts-in-fedora-17/

If you don't have the ttf file, you can find it using any popular search engine. There are also many Helvetica alternatives out there, some are available in the repositories and can be installed using yum.

Welcome to ask.fedora, and thank you for starting off with a good question. I don't think that Fedora supplies any Helvetica fonts, probably because of licensing issues. About the closest that you can find in the standard repos is mgopen-moderna-fonts.noarch and installing it will bring in mgopen-moderna-common.noarch as a dependency. This will give you the regular, bold, oblique and bold-oblique forms and most people will never notice the difference.
