So I made some mistake with dd giving the wrong device as argument, and now my disk containing my system and home in a LVM partition (well at least I guess, I don't remember having changed from the default install option which is to use LVM).

So, after a few minutes of dd running, I catched my error, said ooops, ^C and checked how ugly the things went. Looks my home data weren't impacted, so I updated my backup and thought "ok, I'll try tro just reinstall the system, keeping the home partition as it if possible". Now running under the live USB fedora, I realise that – obviously – my disk partition data have gone, so the install process won't recognize them.

So, is there a way to get my LVM partition back, at least the "home part" (I have no knowledge of the LVM stuffs) ?
