Did you found any issue ?

I am in fedora 19 too, and want upgrade to 21. But it scares me a lot.

What version of fedup do I need? The F19 version is 0.9.0-2 the F21 version is 0.9.1-1.

Yes, you can generally skip one release when upgrading, but not more. Once in a while there will be a major change that makes it very risky to skip the release with the change but that issue doesn't apply here. As always, make sure that you've backed up your home directory and any other files you wouldn't want to lose and there's no reason to think that the upgrade won't go well.

I just did it following strictly the FedUp upgrade and encountered no problem. Just be sure to have enough free disk space especially on /usr, for me temporary additional ~3GB were needed.
