I never upgraded fedora before and I feel like fedora 21 would be a bit buggy so should I wait? ps: I'm looking at other questions asking how to upgrade.

I upgraded using Fedup and following the guide here:

You really must read the common bugs etc. For some reason not all the packages were updated so I couldn't do a clean boot after the upgrade but I managed to fix it (I think I used # yum distro-sync --setopt=deltarpm=0 and # yum update but I had to boot into recovery mode and set up the internet connection first). I'm telling you this because if you're not comfortable with that stuff you may want to hang back for a bit longer but I'm sure if you have a computer from which you can post questions to ask.fedoraproject, you'll be fine.

I'm not F21 buggy at all - there are just a few packages that needed to be installed/updated that were missed in the process.

You should really do it though because not only is it better to be running the latest Fedora for security updates etc. It's also the best way to learn what's going on under the hood and how to fix things if and when they go wrong.

Not unless you neglected to read the release notes and common bugs. If you use gnome it's also worth looking at the changes between 3.14 and whatever version you were running before (3.12 was in the coprs but I think 3.10 was in standard repos). Transparent terminals have returned though - that's exciting (now I just need to get them to work...)

You can upgrade using fedup. I did that, it did nice, but I am still finding issues in some apps, GTK theme.

Its obvious F21 released just few days ago, 3rd party repositories and developers need to port to this new version and this might take a very little time. I am sure that these small concerns will be sorted out quickly.

So its yoour decision, if its working for you then you can go ahead and do clean install using the previous /home, so that you wont loose data or using fedup
