The solution for this very long i will keep it has short as possible

First you have to install LAMP, After that you need to configure OwnCloud Manually (Google it) and place it in the web root.... So this is how it works (i think) Now, the real thing is i didnt use it a single time, i am just giving you the basic instructions to install it.....

Alternatively you can download the automated setup from here

if you want more help on OwnCloud you can be find me at google.com/+DamonHarrisMe

Here we can help you for fedora specifics, but if your are looking for how to use owncloud take a look at the documentation it should be independent of the host OS.

for the installation there is a package provided by owncloud itself

http://software.opensuse.org/download/package?project=isv:ownCloud:community&package=owncloud

for fc21 i build it here
