I use Mozilla Thunderbird with Lightening addon (which is not as well-equiped as lotus notes but it's free ;)) for creating notes, checking mails, scheduling things and etc, which can be simply installed by
yum install thunderbird thunderbird-lightening
However there are linux versions of IBM notes available in https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/downloads/ls/lsndad/ .
I have used the wine and Installed Lotus notes 8.5. It was worked. Lotus notes 9 is not working with Wine.
