yum update problem

When I run sudo yum update it's gives me these errors

[pnath@fedora-20 ~]$ sudo yum update

what is the problem ? Why these happening ? Help me please I can't use fedora at all... ;(

My Internet connections is perfectly alright. When I use Ubuntu on same internet connection it's go perfectly. But I am trying to update yum from last 7 days..

updates/20/x86_64/primary_db

a 12MB file is downloading again and again .... :(

priya, sorry to say bt i think the problem is in your internet connection because you can see in error

"Operation too slow. Less than 1000 bytes/sec transferred the last 30 seconds" and please 1st try ping to any site try 1st: ping google.com if your connection is not proper then try yum clean all and see your repos file in /etc/yum.repos.d/ bt i thnk problem is your internet connection....

I get this problem too in spite of yum telling me just before that it is downloading in the hundreds of kB range. It's some bug in yum.

check your connection, try yum clean all and then update.

For me this seems like a perfect duplicate of https://ask.fedoraproject.org/en/question/55756/i-cant-update/.

What happens if you run "wget http://mirrors.yun-idc.com/fedora/upd... or "curl http://mirrors.yun-idc.com/fedora/upd... > sqlite.bz2"? Any errors? The message right now points out that either your internet connectivity is poor or the mirror is overloaded or similar.

Correction: This is a duplicate even created by the same author... :-(
