I cannot install any plugins for music or video playback, I cannot install adobe flash player, and I cannot install anything else that I want, let alone need! On top of that, Firefox is constantly freezing up on me, and it just seems like nothing works! Can someone please help me? I installed Fedora because Ubuntu was far too slow, but at least I could listen to music and watch videos with Ubuntu!

You are asking too much in one question - question is too broad. Please narrow down to one specific problem for each question and please - do not double post.

Fedora community is a lot about free software.

As such, there are a lot of packages (often classified as non-free ) that do not come out the box. https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Forbidden_items
