You have the 'updates testing' repository enabled. You should disable this repository as it's producing conflicts that yum is really struggling to resolve.

You can disable these on the command line, but you probably want to do it more permanently. The repositories are defined by text files in /etc/yum.repos.d/, and there are several in there. Take a look through these files and change the enabled=... line to 0 for any of the testing repositories in there.

You need root privileges to edit these files, so use sudo to make that happen, or switch to root privileges on the command line with su.

Once you've set these up, run yum clean all and then yum update from the command line to bring your system into line with the repositories. If you still have any broken packages, you might want to consider removing them with yum remove <packagename>. You shouldn't need to enable any repositories to remove packages with yum.

Easy way

From a terminal:

uncheck Fedora updates testing...

dnf clean metadata
dnf -y update
