Are there download managers like IDM in Fedora?

You can use flare get. I found flare get is very useful. I am also using KGet - Download Manager.

just use following command yum search "download manager"

This command will show you applications like fatrat, kget, prozilla, uget.

It depends. What people likes most or find useful to them, you will not like it. If you ask me, for torrent kget is good. For any other direct download links wget is best which is not a GUI app.

@Tiger: Questions like "Which is the best...?" are subjective and have no correct answer. Ask Fedora is not suited to such questions. Please install the various options and see what fits you.
