Welcome to Ask Fedora!

You don't seem to have drivers in the repository, but I think you have drivers from a source. You will need to build from the source code; this is actually pretty easy to accomplish.

# if rpm -qa|grep git; then sudo yum install git; fi
# git clone
# cd rtl8723be
# make -j 2
# sudo make install
# sudo modprobe rtl8723be

Fedora does not include drivers for this card, unfortunately. You have to compile with source. To make that more convenient, someone has a git repository. You have to install git, install the repo with the driver, compile, and install. Last, you will need to call the driver manually (or, you can reboot). If there are any errors, please let me know in the comments, and I will adjust my answer accordingly.

HTH, and hope your problem is fixed.

EDIT: This fix has worked for a bunch of people on the internet who use Fedora, so I think it should work for you. Please let me know in the comments if it worked.

Hi there! What could be wrong "make -j 2" -command cause my console says:

make -C /lib/modules/3.11.10-301.fc20.x86_64/build M=/home/ivirta/rtl8723be modules
make: * /lib/modules/3.11.10-301.fc20.x86_64/build: No such file or directory. Stop.

make: * [all] Error 2

No idea bro, try creating it.

$ mkdir -p /lib/modules/3.11.10-301.fc20.x86_64/build

You need to install kernel-devel package.
