Recently finding out that my battery only lasted for 3 hours, I wanted to try the pcie_aspm=force parameter on the GRUB menu. However, I heard something about that being bad to the battery, almost to the point where it is runs for only 10 mins. I don't want to wear out my battery, but I need more life from it because this laptop is very new.

James, do NOT do this. That parameter will wear out your battery very very badly. Do not, under any circumstance do that. Instead install powertop, tlp and tuned. Enable tlp.service and tuned.service and follow the example Power Management given by Fedora. Also, powertop --auto-tune. Reduce brightness, turn off bluetooth and wifi. ;)
