I was in the middle of "yum update", all packages downloaded (around 300 MB) then suddenly this error came... This resolved the issue... :) :) :) Thanks a lot, NikTh & sergiomb...

I found mention of spot.gpg in this page: you could retrieve the gpg key from and copy it to /etc/pki/rpm-gpg/spot.gpg , and see if this fixes your issue.

How did you add chromium repository? You added the repo but not the key file. You should either:

  1. download the repository signing key (from the same address you can download the .repo file) and save it into /etc/pki/rpm-gpg/spot.gpg
  2. disable signature checking in fedora-chromium repository file by settings gpg-check to false.

Certainly, the former is recommended.

And no, the problem is that you've added fedora-chromium repository using wrong(incomplete) instructions (or you've not read them carefully). Finally, you wouldn't have this problem if you didn't add chromium repository. And that repository is not an official Fedora repository anyway, so your problem is not with Fedora but with some third party repository.
