I have an ASUS Transformer TF701T (Android 4.3, Jelly Bean) and would like to mount both internal memory and added SD card from my Fedora installation. Unfortunately, that doesn't work out of the box ( I do have gvfs and simple-mtpfs installed and MTP is activated on Android device)

Also, this post didn't help me to make it working.

Can anyone please suggest other solutions? Thanks Florian

What version of android is your phone running? I'm using the Samsung S3, and mtp works out of the box for me. When it didn't one of the command line utilities like simple mtp had worked.
