Should I run the update with --skip-broken or it will make things worse ? thanks

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest

Run yum update with --skip-broken option, so that it won't try to update libetpan for now but will update other packages. Then, you should wait while RPMFusion guys update their cairo-dock-plug-ins package with the new libetpan so that you can update this package too.
