Samba Fedora 20

I have installed Samba and conf it too, for next step, i start smb and enable it than do i just restart my computer to go my window 7? or do i need to do something else because when i go to window 7 i didn't see anything added, or is it the problem that i close fedora?

It isn't really clear what you are trying to do. I think you're asking if Fedora's samba server will function if Fedora is not running - as you might expect, Fedora is not running any services if Fedora is not running. If this doesn't answer your question, please clarify.

This answer gives indept explanation on how to create share, setup firewall to let users connect to your samba server and how to disable selinux from blocking samba. Good luck.
