It seems you added a repository by hand (fedorautils) but its corresponding file (/etc/yum.repos.d/fedorautils.repo) is not formatted correctly. If you added it, check such file.

I think fedorautils has been renamed fedy. You might want to remove the fedora-utils.repo file and re-obtain fedy.

am not add anything by hand. Kindly find my "/etc/yum.repos.d/fedorautils.repo" file content

Fedora-Utils has been re-named Fedy, so old instructions and scripts will be incorrect. You need to run:

sudo rm /etc/yum.repos.d/fedorautils.repo

sudo rm /etc/yum.repos.d/zenity.repo

sudo yum clean all

Then run:

su -c "curl https://satya164.github.io/fedy/fedy-installer -o fedy-installer && chmod +x fedy-installer && ./fedy-installer"

to install Fedy.

See: https://github.com/satya164/fedy/issues/67 for the change of name.

Looks like that repository is also broken. How did you get these broken repos?

Zenity is in the Fedora repo, so there should be no need for an separate repo file. Updated the answer.
