I installed some X11 cursor themes in my Fedora 20. I copied the cursor themes to /usr/share/icons and switched the cursor theme using the gnome-tweak tool. The cursor themes are working great in most of the applictaions. My chromium 34.0.1847.132 is not using the selected cursor theme and some standart cursor is used instead.

Calling sudo update-alternatives --config x-cursor-theme did not bring any results.

How chan I make chromium use the selected X11 cursor theme ?

Where did you get the latest version of Chromium?

The current version of chromium comes from the russianfedora repository. Before it came from the churchyard-chromium-russianfedora repository. I could try downgrading to the churchyard-chromium-russianfedora version and see if that helps.

The issue was in the Chromium version from the russianfedora repository. After downgrading to the churchyard-chromium-russianfedora repository version the mouse cursor displayed in chromium is the same as the one from the system-wide cursor theme. Thanks to yanglifu90 to pointing me to this possibility.
