Hi,

my discrete graphic card (nVidia gt 640M) has almost the same perforamce as integrated (intel HD 4000).

'vblank_mode=0 glxspheres' shows 160 fps; 'vblank_mode=0 optirun -b primus glxspheres' shows 130 (!!!) fps; 'vblank_mode=0 optirun glxspheres' gives me around 170 fps.

How can it be? I don't want to use Ubuntu :(

Benchmarking a graphic card (or anything else) is a can of worms ( http://askubuntu.com/questions/285342/why-does-vblank-mode-improve-framerate-drastically-in-benchmarks , https://github.com/Bumblebee-Project/Bumblebee/wiki/FAQ ) and the only thing that matters is how your applications run. You don't post this information, but i assume some of the runs actually use nvidia (see https://ask.fedoraproject.org/en/question/41064/bumblebee-primusrun-wont-use-discrete-nvidia-card/)? See also the comment by @karolherbst at https://github.com/amonakov/primus/issues/101 and perform VERBOSE runs
