No root device found. Boot has failed, sleeping forever.

After that I use DD comand in a Fedora 20 in a HD ATA, appear the messege "No root device found. Boot has failed, sleeping forever."

How can I fix this problem?

What exact dd command did you use? It sounds like you might have made a mistake :(

you need enter in rescue mode ... so you are in big trouble , you may use a boot.iso , try looking for fedora rescue mode

If that does not work try testing the hard drive power supply and if removed connect to a system with disk manager for partition status.
