I had an eclipse problem on 64 bit fedora, eclipse kepler 64 can not get gdb version and it can not start debug session. With same debug config, in 32 bit fedora all worked with successful debugging on eclipse kepler 32 bit. Eclipse debug command was "arm-none-eabi-gdb".

Is it possible that the 64 bit version isn't installed? What does it report when you try rpm -qa|grep gdb? Can you run gdb by hand from the command line? What output do you see for gdb -h?
