Hi, I gotta install minicom under Fedora 20 KDE, but I got no internet connection when running the Fedora (that's the other problem: I cannot make the wifi work under Fedora). My laptop is Dell latitude 5520.

If anybody can help with either issue, I'm grateful :)

The OP has created a separate question for the wifi issue https://ask.fedoraproject.org/en/question/41937/dell-latitude-5520-drivers

OK, closing, the issue is really about wifi. For offline installation of a package - if you have access to another Fedora 20 - do yumdownloader --resolve minicom there and transfer the rpms to your Dell through an USB device and install them with yum install *.rpm . See https://ask.fedoraproject.org/en/question/40800/how-to-download-softwares-using-yum-for-offline-use/ . If you don't have access to another Fedora 20 - start with yum install minicom on Dell, download the required packages from official repositories, one by one, on a computer with network access, transfer to your Dell, etc.
