Please help when install vlc

Fedora does not include non-free or proprietary software (except for some firmware) in the default repositories. Refer to the forbidden items page for more information. You can use the RPM Fusion third party repositories to get VLC. Run the following commands:

sudo yum install http://download1.rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/rpmfusion-free-release-stable.noarch.rpm 
sudo yum install vlc

Note that if you want access to the non-free repository, run the following command as well

sudo yum http://download1.rpmfusion.org/nonfree/fedora/rpmfusion-nonfree-release-stable.noarch.rpm

you use su - and run these commands as root or configure sudo. Refer to https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Configuring_Sudo
