There are quite a few available in the market, on both Fedora and Linux in general.
RUTE is quite a good resource for Linux users, and freely available.
I suggest you search a book site like Amazon for more books. The book reviews will tell you how good they are. Most books contain the same information, presented in different ways. A book that is up to date, based on Fedora 19 or Fedora 20, would be more beneficial than one that is based on an older release, say Fedora 10.
A book that I know is based on Fedora 19 is this one. (Some of us community members helped the author with it.)
The Linux documentation project is another great resource.
While books provide a good reference, the best way to learn how to use Linux, whatever distribution you choose, is to use it regularly. Whenever you run into an issue, you can always google or use various forums like this one, stackexchange or fedoraforum.org. The Linux community is quite helpful, especially if you're willing to learn.
Well, you can always go to http://docs.fedoraproject.org
As far as command line environment and linux goes, I found "LinuxCommand" website really interesting , and useful. The author of the website also published the physical book in case you like physical book like me.
For learning about fedora, I would say learn it by using it, and if you got stuck at some point then the wiki fedora and fedora documents are really useful. Also you probabbly know this by know that AskFedoraProject website rocks too :-P
Hope that helps.
Linux: The Complete Reference 6th Edition Author: RICHARD PETERSEN Is good and covers most topic that i expected.. Bought a week before. This book is independent of the OS..
