There is some things than there in not in this wiki page, for example if you other repos in your system your update can fail, I recommend this steps to update your system:

1- First update your system with:

yum -y update

2- Then be sure you have fedup (the Fedora Updater) installer in your PC with:

yum -y install fedup

3- You must check at your /etc/yum.repos.d/ to disable third part repos like RPM Fusion (you must have root privileges, can edit any no Fedora repo with a text editor and change de "enable=0" or yum --disablerepo="reponame")

Then you can run

fedup --network 20

Restart your PC, wait to finish the update and run:

yum clean all package-cleanup --orphans package-cleanup --dupes yum makecache yum distro-sync Then you enable third party repos
