I'm trying to install Realvnc on fedora 20, but it says there is a dependency problem with tigervnc.

Can you help me? Thanks

Download the rpm for RealVNC and cd to the directory where the rpm is located. Try and run the command

rpm -ifvh --nodeps "<Name of the vnc.rpm>"

This should install the package. Tigervnc is good, whatever you need to do with RealVNC you should be able to do with tiger. But unless you have system requirements I would stay with Tiger.

You could also remove Tiger (yum remove tiger) and 'yum localinstall Realvnc'

Finally I have uninstalled tigervnc, but I had also to uninstall Anaconda.

After that I was able to install RealVnc.

Use the command line. Arrives to the folder where the rpm file and type. yum localinstall "filename"
