Second monitor is incorrect size
My second monitor is 22", but when it's plugged in it is detected as being 29". This is causing areas on my screen that I cannot see but I can move programs to.

Some monitors do not report (aren't properly logged in a database???) their size. I would ignore it. You may want to file it as a bug though.
More importantly, it seems that you aren't setting the correct resolution. If your monitor does not have 1920x1080 it is likely 1600x900.
Try changing your resolution manually.
Also, how are you connecting your monitor, HDMI, DVI, VGA???
Here is some free karma so you can reply.
I've tried changing the resolution to all available options and nothing changed/ Also connecting via HDMI.
