well i installed playonlinux package from "software". but when i run it it gives me the message playonlinux cannot find gpg (from GnuPG). you need to install it to continue. and also when i open "#wine notepad" it gives me a SELinux trouble. can someone please help me out? i installed GnuPG from the terminal but playonlinux still gives the same problem.
It appears the playon linux package is NOT SIGNED. Read more here: https://fedoraproject.org/keys
You'll have to install it manually from the terminal:
sudo yum install --nogpgcheck /path/to/rpm
Please keep in mind that since this package is not from the fedora repos, we won't be able to help a lot with any bugs you run into :(
For the wine issue, open the SElinux notification and it'll tell you what to do.
sudo yum install /usr/bin/sealert
Please open separate posts for each question in the future.
Lastly, there are a hundred better editors in the world than notepad.. :)
"No package /path/to/rpm available. Error: Nothing to do" this is what it showed me after i started installing playonlinux manually from the terminal. it downloaded every update it can and in the end this is what i am shown.
By /path/to/rpm I mean "provide the complete path to the rpm file that you've downloaded".
well how do i do that? is there any other way to install playonlinux with gpg check from the terminal?
it says that the package is already installed. nothing to do. now what to do for me??? any other way out??
