Hi, I am a software Test Engineer for InXpo. When new browser versions are available, I test them with our software to certify that we support that browser. When will you distribute Firefox 25? When I updated my software it was not there.

I will try Koji.

Thanks for your help!

Thanks for the information about Fedora 20. I am sticking with Fedora 19 right now.

FYI: To thank someone for their answer, it's best to use a comment, not another answer. As this is not an answer to your question, but a response to an answer.

@Eddie, Thanks for letting me know about posting comments as opposed to answers. That makes sense.

Well, as any other packages in Fedora, you have to wait until the maintainer of the package updates it and pushes it to the stable repository.

You can always check for the update status in Bodhi:

But if you don't want to wait, you can always search for builds of packages in Koji. For example, for Firefox:

Don't forget that if you want to run a more updated version of Firefox (experimental and not bug free though) like Nightly, you can simply:

1 - Go to

2 - Download file, for example version 28

3 - Extract and link binary to /usr/bin for example.

tar -jxvf firefox-28.0a1.en-US.linux-i686.tar.bz2

sudo ln -sf /location_of_file/firefox-28.0a1/firefox-bin /usr/bin/nightly
