I've looked at this document: http://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/Fedora/19/html/Burning_ISO_images_to_disc/sect-Burning_ISO_images_to_disc-Burning-Linux.html

But, I have no option when I right click on the iso that says "write to disk".

Have you installed brasero?

I haven't installed brasero, but it seems that the CD/DVD Creator built into fedora should give me the option to write to disk? Or am I wrong?

I think that it is brasero that provides that option, but now I'm not sure... why don't you try to install brasero?

I shall install brasero. Thank you for your comments/replies.

Go ahead and use Brasero if you want, but I would recommend K3B, it's much better.

Would I want to uninstall brasero if I wanted to install K3B?

You don't need to uninstall a program just to be able to use another one... but if all you want is to burn an iso image to a CD/DVD, then Brasero (which is for Gnome desktop) should be enough.

In my case i see the CDwrite option withouth any need of installing extra software. Guess cause i'm using Fedora 20. Thx for the topic. It did helped me alot.

You don't say what OS you're running. If you are on F19 you navigate to the the location of the iso with the "files" program and right click on the iso as indicated in the link you referenced.

"brasero" program is part of the standard gnome install for F19 and provides a little more assistance in getting the job done.

You're right, I know better than not tell my OS, it is fedora 19. For some reason, brasero was not installed until I used "software" application to download and install it. Thank you also for your answer.

I don't think brasero is installed by default.

I guess it depends on what you mean by default. I got basero as a result of selecting the gnome-desktop option during install from F19 Install DVD.
