It was pretty easy to run VirtualBox from the rpmfusion-free-updates repository after a kernel update.

yum install kmod-VirtualBox-{{YOUR_KERNEL_VERSION}}

Unfortunately, there a no new packages available since kernel 3.10.10+.

Does anybody know, where to get more information about the package, so that I can compile it for myself?

this update sure is taking some time. Usually they are only delayed 1-2 days at most.

I'd wait for RPMFusion :)

Not directly an answer to your question, but if you install VirtualBox from the virtualbox.org website and install the package "dkms", it should rebuild the kernel module every time the kernel is updated. The rpmfusion usually takes a little time to catch up.
