Tried running sudo yum-complete-transaction. Asks for password. Will not allow me to type it. Says I'm "not a sudoer and will be reported"

Went to Ctrl+Alt+F2. Logged in as root. Ran yum-complete-transaction. It ran in terminal. Still not updating. Still getting error msg.

Your user is not an "administrator", i.e. not in listed as sudo capable. There are several solutions, please see: https://ask.fedoraproject.org/question/9769/sofia-is-not-in-the-sudoers-file/
