Help me access rpmfusion and download vlc player!

I have entered most requests posted on line (as pie and as su) this is the only answer I get:

Loaded plugins: langpacks, refresh-packagekit Cannot open: Skipping. Cannot open: Skipping. Nothing to do

So none of my videos or audio play HELP!

Dell Optiplex 240 1 GB sdram, 332 GB HDD, Fedora 19

Here are the instructions rpmfusion itself gives for adding both rpmfusion-free and rpmfusion-nonfree to your list of active repos:

It's possible that the rpmfusion mirrors were down. Please retry. It works just fine for me here.

Note that you need to have a working internet connection to be able to run the commands.
