If I execute realm list I can see my domain info:

cci.gc.es
  type: kerberos
  realm-name: CCI.GC.ES
  domain-name: cci.gc.es
  configured: kerberos-member
  server-software: active-directory
  client-software: sssd
  required-package: oddjob
  required-package: oddjob-mkhomedir
  required-package: sssd
  required-package: adcli
  required-package: samba-common
  login-formats: %U@cci.gc.es
  login-policy: allow-permitted-logins
  permitted-logins: user.test@cci.gc.es
  permitted-groups:

I'de like to change the login format to 'CCI\%U', but I can't find the way to do it, neither information about it.

Any help will be appreciated.

it should accept the DOMAIN\User format by default, what does getent passwd CCI\\Administrator show?

See re_expression in man sssd.conf if you really need to change it
