gnome shell slow fedora 19

hello guys I have installed fedora 19 64bit, i notice growing problems on F19 with "Intel Sandy Bridge" graphics, sometimes the whole desktop hangs and i can't do anything just reboot the system , this happen to me today 3 times!

I use Dell Optiplex 790 this lag does not happen to me when i used F17, any idea
