Is there a way to tie certain programs to certain task manager panels?

I want to have multiple panels on the same screen with task manager widgets and pick and choose which programs, and probably even which instances, go on which panel.

Edit: I'm using Fedora 19 KDE.

Maybe it isn't work for task manager, but for KDE Activities. With this KDE's feature you can open many programs in different Activities and switch between Activities with the shortcut SUPER(Windows Logo Key)+Tab.

You can found Activities option by right click on the desktop area.

I figured that it would be really hard to make task managers recognize which programs go where without dragging them all over the place all the time. The Activities feature might be a good alternative though. I'll look in to that. Thanks for the suggestion.
