following my friends instruction, I am using fedora hoping that i can get back my files and reinstall windows. however, i cannot access to devices. and i receive such statemanet:

Error mounting /dev/sda1 at /run/media/liveuser/109C8CDA9C8CBBAA: Command-line `mount -t "ntfs" -o "uhelper=udisks2,nodev,nosuid,uid=1000,gid=1000,dmask=0077,fmask=0177" "/dev/sda1" "/run/media/liveuser/109C8CDA9C8CBBAA"' exited with non-zero exit status 13: ntfsmstpostreadfixupwarn: magic: 0xaae0aeaa size: 1024 usaofs: 57512 usacount: 32938: Invalid argument Record 10 has no FILE magic (0xaae0aeaa) Failed to open inode FILEUpCase: Input/output error Failed to mount '/dev/sda1': Input/output error NTFS is either inconsistent, or there is a hardware fault, or it's a SoftRAID/FakeRAID hardware. In the first case run chkdsk /f on Windows then reboot into Windows twice. The usage of the /f parameter is very important! If the device is a SoftRAID/FakeRAID then first activate it and mount a different device under the /dev/mapper/ directory, (e.g. /dev/mapper/nvidia_eahaabcc1). Please see the 'dmraid' documentation for more details.

can somebody tell me how can i get back my files? I am from Hong Kong. would you mind using simple English ? Thank you really much.

Your situation is not clear for me, are you running fedora system installed on your hard disk or on a usb stick ?
