The .ISO is 805 MB in size, but, that is too big to fit on a standard blank CD, and my CD burning program is screaming! I tried to ignore the error, and just go with it, but, the burn failed. How do I burn the install CD since it seems too big?

805MB will not fit into a CD anyway! You can use brasero (it comes with the default installation of Fedora) to burn that ISO into a DVD!

The isos have been increased in size to include more software. They're ideal for pen drives or DVDs. They do not fit on CDs any more.

I suggest you stick with a tool like AppGeeker DVD Creator to burn your ISO files onto DVD, while giving you a selection screen.

I think if you want to burn the image then you require a DVD disk to hold the iso image. As far as burning files is concerned you need to have a DVD/CD burner.
