Disabling systemd-udev-settle F18

I use LVM drive still can i disable systemd-udev-settle to optimize boot? following is output of

No. If you are using LVM, you still need that service for your system work properly. You might be able to disable other services like sendmail or just remove the software entirely depending on how you are using your system.

Try this to find out what services you can't afford to disable: systemd-analyze critical-chain.

Also systemd-analyze critical-chain shows how much time each service took to start, it could well be some other service is taking a long time to start and blocking other services, i.e. the service at the top of systemd-analyze blame output isn't necessarily the slow one.
