I am trying to install Fedora-18 KDE 32 bit flavor. Everything works fine until the booting process ends. After finishing booting there is nothing on screen, just complete darkness on screen.

I can see progress bar on screen when booting is in progress, but after finishing nothing appears on screen except the complete darkness :) as I mentioned above.

I am using a USB stick of size 4 GBs SanDisk Cruzer Blade.

I am getting following error while booting.

Please help me. Thanks in advance.

How did you create the bootable USB? Fedora is picky about the name of its boot device - maybe the process that you used didn't do that correctly. Try recreating the bootable USB with one of these tools:

UNetBootin makes the process a breeze. However, if you want to multiboot (where you can install multiple OSs on one USB) then try YUMI.

I have tried both UNetBootin and YUMI but still there is no luck and I am still stuck :(

Do UNetBootin and YUMI display the same error?
