I am easily able to follow a particular question on Ask Fedora by pressing the Follow button in the Right Hand Pane of a Question. This works as I expect it, Ask Fedora sends me email updates to me, and that question shows up in the "Following" tab in the web interface.

My Question is this, is it also possible to follow a particular tag or user? So that I get email updates etc for new questions in that tag or by that user?

No. it is not currently possible on Ask Fedora to follow a user or a tag, and have the results show up in the "Followed" tab or email alerts.

There is this answer on the Askbot forum that talks about an extension of some sort that may provide this funtionality:

If you click on a tag, there is a RSS link. The only option I see ATM. Would have been better if email notifications were available but I don't see such option.
