Boot from your usb live disc. We need to check which driver was used:

open a terminal

lsmod | grep "(wifi|rf|rt)"

note them down. boot you laptop normally, do the same and check whats missing.

become root:

$ modprobe {missingmodule}

afterwards, it should work.

If it doesn't, connect a LAN cable, enter "dnf update -y" and reboot, if a new kernel got installed.

If you don't have a LAN port, boot from usb, start "gnome-disks", select your laptops system disk and mount it. You can see a path in gnome-disks where it got mounted to. Open a Terminal

$ chroot /path/from/gnome-disks

$ dnf update -y

and reboot.
