In my current environment we're running RHEL7 with a link to the EPEL repositories ( We setup a local repo server utilizing reposync. It's copied over a package that has been flagged twice now as a trojan by McAfee AV. The specifics that it's tagging in regards is "/path/to/rpm/libemu-0.2.0-8.20130410gitab48695.el7/sctest" and it just deletes the rpm all together. Is this a common occurrence for anybody else or am I just a one off? Is it known that this is considered a trojan?

RHEL is a commercial product, with paid support. this forum is for Fedora, a non-commercial distro with community support. As you're running RHEL, you'e best bet is to discuss this issue with RedHat as they're the ones you're getting your software from.

Redhat does not provide support for EPEL, or do they?
