PC stuck on installing boot loader

i was using windows 10 and my pc is Accer after discovering that my pc only boot in UEFI mode and legacy software is disabled doesn't exist even after i accessed boot menu to set a password i cant change it to boot to legacy. so i decided to install Fedora that i am using for school as i am doing IT but now the pc always get stuck on installing boot loader i even tried to to disable secure boot but still cant work it out. i am now having a ghost pc that deleted my original windows 10 any help....please note i am using DVD ISO to install.

dvd or usb stick does not matter much.

can you boot the live disk from dvd to a desktop ? If so, you can format the drive , install a new GPT Partitiontable and start installing it again. ACER Bioses nowadays tend to ignore the signed Fedora EFI bootloader. You have to tell the bios, that THAT specific bootloader is safe to use. After this, your Fedora will boot normally.
